Jeff T. Jennings - Managing Partner

Jeff brings more than 35 years of senior leadership experience across healthcare operations, clinical performance, and financial management. Throughout his career, Jeff has worked with both private and investor-owned health systems, navigating the challenges of highly competitive markets across the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Science in Health Administration (MSHA) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Jeff also holds the prestigious designation of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), demonstrating his commitment to excellence and continuous professional development in healthcare leadership.

Michael Sanchez - Managing Partner

Michael brings extensive experience in real estate investment, healthcare acquisition, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, Michael has successfully navigated the intersection of real estate, healthcare services, and technology-driven solutions, building a proven track record of acquiring, developing, and optimizing healthcare assets to enhance operational efficiency, improving care delivery, and maximizing investor returns. Michael completed his executive education at Columbia Business School where he gained advanced analytical tools for evaluating complex investments, assessing risk-adjusted returns, and building scalable business models.
